AOC Standard Youth Development Training Package
This 12-week immersive package is designed to allow youngsters an opporunity to grow and develop over three months of sustained active challenges.
Participants are tasked both individually and in assigned peer groups to actively challenge a wide variety and ever-changing course of obstacles.
Participants and coaches learn to motivate themselves and others in a positive reinforcing environment where having fun and developing a "can do" attitude are the primary objectives.
AOC Intense Corporate Team Building Training Package
This intense team building package is designed to motivate adults to strengthen both individual and group development skills over three days of active challenges.
Participants gather for an early morning training session that includes warmup, light exercises, and then an opportunity to actively challenge a number of AOC's fun and stimilating courses. There are individual as well as paired team building events. Breakfast snacks are served after completion of the session. Tours, hiking adventures and ocean activities are included in the day programming.
Participants return late afternoon for a second session that includes warmup, light exercises, and additional opportunities to actively challenge AOC fun and stimilating courses. There are individual as well as paired team building events. Dinner options are included after the completion of the session.
